... it's time. In fact, it's way past time for me to actually commit to working out and getting healthier. Seriously, for how many years have I been saying, "I just haven't reached that point where I'm really wanting to make a change"?
A body too lumpy and too smooth. Low energy. Bad-news cravings. Muscles, joints that feel wasted, unused, useless.

Public commitment time. Cheesy program time.
